If something is not working as expected—or you have an idea that would make presenting easier—we would like to hear from you.

What to include

Providing a little context helps us understand an issue more quickly:

• Your iPad or iPhone model
• Your iPadOS or iOS version
• The AdLibly app version
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead

Please do not send private scripts, recordings, pairing codes, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

iCloud sync and iPhone Companion

Scripts sync between iPhone and iPad when both devices use the same iCloud account. To use iPhone Companion, open a script on the iPad and tap Present, then tap Connect to iPad at the bottom of the Scripts screen on iPhone. If more than one iPad is available, choose the one you want before entering its four-digit code.
